Track AdSense Clicks Through Analytics
Everyone has been wondering when Google Analytics will integrate AdSense into the application such as it has already been done for AdWords, but there have been a couple people that created some hack-scripts to get the job done until Google can get those features added. One script simply adds in some < script > code and then lets you add a goal and the AdSense clicks are tracked for IE users (there is a mozilla bug that causes this to break). There is another well developed application, on the other hand, though. Both are equally good applications in my mind. These are a couple simple hacks to get around the not-yet-integrated AdSense application into your Google Analytics account. Take a look at both and see which one fits your needs the best!

I just read about Google Analytics and checked up the site. Currently they are allowing new users to sign up but only on invitational basis.

It is on an invite-only basis right now, but Google is controlling the invites. It’s not like GMail where you can send out an invite, it’s purely controlled by Google and they are only giving out certain invitations when they see fit to. I was able to sign up quite a while before they stopped allowing sign-ups, so yes, I am a Google Analytics user, but we cannot send you an invite. Submit your e-mail address to the sign-up page and wait for an invite from them. They are limiting the profiles to 5 right now (even though I have more), which is disappointing, but hopefully everything will be sorted out and up to speed within a couple months. It’s an awesome service and I highly recommend it to everyone.
